Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable.
- A package might be returned as undeliverable for several reasons:
- An incorrect or obsolete address can disrupt delivery. Typically, packages are stored by the courier for a length of time before returning them. Please check your address carefully when ordering.
- If the shipping address provided in your order is incorrect and it has shipped, please submit a ticket through our Contact Form page so we can evaluate if a replacement can be issued. However, this is not guaranteed, as all sales are final, and refunds are not possible.
- If an incorrect shipping address was provided in your order and you contacted us before the order shipped submit a ticket through our Contact Form page so we can check on what would be the best approach to resolve the issue and make things right!

- If you have a spelling mistake in the address, for example, Loa Angeles, CA, 90210, your local post office might be able to determine the correct shipping address. We recommend contacting them for assistance.
- If the street name, zip code, or city is inaccurate, we will contact your local post office to ensure the necessary changes are made. If not feasible, we will send out a replacement item.

- The address you provided may not be recognizable by our system, or the package might have been assigned to a carrier that can’t deliver to that address.
- You may have entered a restricted address. If your order is directed to a prison, correctional facility, or a similar establishment, there might be restrictions affecting the products and/or delivery carrier.
- The delivery carrier tried to deliver but failed. Most of our carriers will attempt delivery more than once. If they can’t make the delivery, the package will be returned to our facility.
- The recipient refused the delivery. A gift recipient who isn't expecting a gift may refuse a package if they believe it's being delivered to them by mistake.

- We can't re-ship orders that carriers return to us as undeliverable due to the reasons above except for clause 1.1.3 above. If you still want to purchase the same item/s, place a new order on our website.
