I’ve waited past the expected delivery period, but my order has not arrived.

Late Deliveries

1. Most packages arrive as expected, but occasionally, deliveries are delayed beyond the estimated timeframe.
   
   1. Possible reasons for late delivery include the following:
      1. Incorrect address or missing specific details such as apartment, unit, or floor number.
         1. If you've provided us with the correct shipping address as shown in the Order Confirmation we emailed you, please check Shipping and Delivery.
         2. Once the Order Confirmation is issued with a shipping address, we will not be able to correct it if it is wrong.
            
            1. Please contact your local post office to make the correction. We've compiled some of the Carrier Contact Information here.
      2. Severe weather conditions
         1. Weather disruptions, such as snowstorms, heatwaves, or other extreme events, can cause delays in the delivery process. Just like other businesses, couriers have trouble making deliveries in such conditions. You can follow local weather updates, and if the post office reports bad weather, your delivery might be delayed. Thank you for your understanding.
      3. International customs procedures
         1. If your parcel is caught up in customs clearance delays, we humbly ask that you give customs the time needed to finalize the clearance process.
