1. If your tracking number has not been sent to you, please reach out to us through our Contact Form page, and we will check with our Fulfillment Center if the order can still be modified. Expect an update within 24 to 48 business hours.

The Tracking Number Has Been Emailed

1. If the shipment status only shows “Label Created” or “The shipment notification has been sent,” please reach out to us using our Contact Form page. We’ll confirm with our Fulfillment Center if any adjustments can still be made and get back to you within 24 to 48 business hours.
2. We kindly ask for your understanding that if the shipment status updates beyond “Label Created” or “The shipment notification has been sent,” the parcel is most likely in transit, and adjustments may no longer be possible. However, we will make every effort to see what assistance can still be provided.
