Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance

1. Purchasing a warranty-protected product gives added assurance. If the product malfunctions within its life, our Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance can provide a replacement that covers only the cost of the item, excluding shipping fees.

   • The warranty is invalid if there is misuse, usual wear, or if the product is discontinued.

   • “Lifetime” s the time frame the product continues to be produced.
   • Warranty cancellation can happen at any time, with no prior notice to the customer.
2. To use your Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance:
   • Capture the item in a photo or a short video.
   • Go to our Contact Form page to submit a request and choose Lifetime Warranty as the category.
   • Attach the photo or video.
3. If a replacement has been approved, we will update you within 48 hours.
